No residents were affected by the deficient practice. How you will identify other residents having potential to be affected by the same deficient practice and what corrective action will be taken: Audit completed for the past 30 days, and no deficient practice identified. What measures will be put into place or what systematic changes you will make to ensure that the deficient practice does not recur: Nursing Home Administrator educated the Director of Nursing and those responsible for staffing on the requirements of meeting the daily per patient day direct care hours.
